Bubble Rangers Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Bubble Rangers, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the game.

2. Age Requirements

  • (ii) Use Bubble Rangers for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • (iii) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of Bubble Rangers or any associated systems or networks.
  • (iv) Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices in Bubble Rangers.

5. In-Game Purchases

Bubble Rangers offers in-game purchases for virtual items or currency. These purchases are optional and are subject to the terms of the app store or platform through which you access Bubble Rangers. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with these purchases and that all purchases are final and non-refundable.

6. User Content

• (a) Your Content: By using Bubble Rangers, you may have the opportunity to create, submit, or share content such as user-generated levels, comments, or other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant Imaginary Ones a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with Bubble Rangers.
• (b) Prohibited Content: You may not submit or share User Content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise violates these Terms. Imaginary Ones reserves the right to remove or disable access to any User Content that violates these Terms.

7. Termination

Imaginary Ones may terminate or suspend your access to Bubble Rangers at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we believe is harmful to other users or our business.

8. Disclaimers

• (a) Use at Your Own Risk: Your use of Bubble Rangers is at your own risk. Bubble Rangers is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• (b) No Warranty of Accuracy: Imaginary Ones does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided through Bubble Rangers, and we disclaim all liability for any errors or omissions.
• (c) Third-Party Content: Bubble Rangers may include content from third parties, including advertisements and links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or actions of any third parties, and your interactions with such third parties are solely between you and them.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imaginary Ones and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use Bubble Rangers; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted to or through Bubble Rangers; or (d) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through Bubble Rangers, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Imaginary Ones and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of Bubble Rangers.

11. Changes to Terms

Imaginary Ones reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms regularly to ensure your continued compliance. Your use of Bubble Rangers after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
